The Marfik is a practical, well-built Bonnell spring mattress that delivers reliable everyday comfort at an accessible price point. Bonnell springs wrapped in hypoallergenic PU foam with felt support inserts on both sides provide a supportive, medium-firm sleeping surface. The Medium H2 firmness suits a wide range of sleepers. The Öko-Tex® Standard 100 certified Micro cover is quilted with anti-allergenic wadding and machine washable at 60°C — a practical hygiene feature. Double-sided construction allows flipping and rotation for longer life.

The Micro fabric cover carries the Öko-Tex® Standard 100 ecological certification — tested for harmful substances and safe for skin contact. Quilted with anti-allergenic wadding for a soft, hygienic sleeping surface. The cover has a 4-sided split zip for easy removal and is machine washable at up to 60°C.
Double-Sided – Flip & Rotate Every 6 Months
The double-sided construction allows the mattress to be flipped and rotated — recommended every 6 months to prevent deformation, extend mattress life and maintain sleep hygiene.
