The delivery charge is applied to the deliveries in UK Mainland only. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will only be able to deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer. However, in some cases, depending on which transport carrier we hire, we can provide door to door delivery for the above-mentioned destinations.
We charge on the basis of weight and dimensions of the product.
Normal delivery times are 8am - 6pm on working days. In general we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. However occasionally we will be able to offer weekend delivery dates. Buyer will be notified of a delivery date either by email or telephone. Please ensure you supply correct contact details.
Do not forget to check SPAM folder! Our important e-mails may be there.
If the goods you ordered are in stock we aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Normally delivery is within 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt of payment. Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period.
The delivery of furniture SZYNAKA usually takes up to 2-3 weeks.
When you place the order you will receive an automatic e-mail from us confirming the order.
If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery day and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
On the Day of the Delivery
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. This is not always the case as it depends on the courier company used for a specific delivery.
Goods are delivered to the building door only and there will be no taking goods upstairs or downstairs.

Damage in transit:
In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged during delivery we will be happy to supply replacement components providing you are able to notify us 5 workings days from the date of receipt of furniture.
We will ask you to provide us with a photograph of damage and a part number of the required replacement part. Part numbers can be found on assembly instructions provided with the furniture. Please email photographic evidence and part number as well as your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Details of furniture warranty.
All furniture supplied is guaranteed to remain fit for the purpose for which it was supplied for 1 years from the date of receipt.
This warranty extends to all mechanical functions of the furniture and its components and surface finishes.
This warranty excludes fair wear and tear and any damage resulting from abuse, whether intentional or accidental. The Company will, if possible, undertake to repair such damage at a cost to the client in line with the Company’s normal pricing policy.
This warranty excludes damage by fire, flood or any severe environmental condition for which the furniture and installation were not designed, including smoke, damp and high temperatures.
This warranty excludes damage caused by any use of the furniture for a purpose that the company could not have foreseen and of which it was not advised, in writing, at the time of order.
This warranty excludes accidental damage normally covered under buildings or contents insurance.
This warranty will terminate in the event that the client makes any modification to or repair of the furniture or installation without the approval of the Company.
This warranty is additional to the terms of all legislation relating to the supply of goods and services and does not affect the statutory rights of either party.
